Commission accrues per paid invoice for 12 months from the customer's first payment. A customer who stays 12 months earns you about $193.92 total.

30-day hold

Each commission goes through a 30-day hold to absorb refunds. After that it's available for payout — no surprise reversals once paid out (unless the customer charges back, in which case it becomes a clawback against future earnings).

Last-touch with 60-day cookie

Industry-standard attribution. The most recent affiliate to send a click before signup wins the credit, with a 60-day window. Documented up-front in our terms.

Missing-referral disputes

If you think a customer should have been attributed to you and isn't, file a claim from your dashboard. We review every one manually.

Monthly statements

Automated email on the 1st with your activity, balance, and any reversals. Plus confirmations on every commission, payout, and reversal as they happen.

Recurring, not flat

Most programs pay a one-time bounty. We pay 20% of every invoice for 12 months — long enough to make the effort worthwhile, capped so the math stays sustainable.

Common questions

What does “eligible revenue” mean?

Eligible revenue = the invoice gross minus the Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) minus a fixed per-plan COGS allowance ($5 / $15 / $45 for Starter / Professional / Enterprise). The 20% rate is applied to that. This guarantees you never earn commission on revenue we've already lost to costs — and that we never pay out more than the customer was actually worth.

Do credit pack purchases count?

No — only subscription invoices. One-time pack purchases by a referred customer don't earn commission. We may revisit this in future.

What about refunds and chargebacks?

If a referred customer's invoice is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid out to you, the amount becomes a clawback offset against your future earnings — no direct repayment is required unless you close your account with a balance owed.

When do I actually get paid?

Payouts run via PayPal once your available balance reaches $50. PayPal's payout fees (2% + $0.25 per send) are deducted from your gross. US affiliates whose annual payouts exceed $600 are required to provide a W-9 before further payouts process.

What can I not do?

No incentivized signups (offering rewards in exchange for using your link — illegal in many jurisdictions). No bidding on our brand keywords on Google Ads. No spam, no cookie stuffing, no off-platform poaching of referred customers. Full list in our Affiliate Terms.

Where can I see my stats?

Your affiliate dashboard at /affiliate shows clicks, signups, commission history (with full breakdown), pending and available balances, payout history, and any open claims. Available immediately on approval.
